We have a number of employee benefits that enable us to attract and retain the best employees.
Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success. So it’s no surprise how much time and effort we put into creating a comprehensive benefits package for all team members.
Our benefits are designed to take care of you and keep you healthy, whether physically, emotionally, financially or socially.

Three-month Onboarding Process
At Barwon Health we want to ensure you feel valued and understand every part of your job. It can be difficult transitioning to a new workplace and we want to ensure an easy transition. We are committed to providing staff with a three month onboarding process that will be valuable in broadening your knowledge of our organisation, understanding of how things are done here, where to find information, and how your role contributes to the overall success of Barwon Health.
Staff utilise GROW, our online learning management system, to access training and onboarding requirements, providing new staff with a substantive overview of Barwon Health, mandatory, organisational and department training, and a guide to the weekly face-to-face training that will occur with your supervisor or manager throughout the period of your Onboarding. Alternatively your manager will provide you with a three month onboarding paper checklist to complete and give back to Workforce at the end of the process.
As well as using this portal as part of your onboarding please take advantage of the many clinical and non-clinical training opportunities that we have made available to you.
